- Questions & Answers Past Performance Questionnaire Amendment A001 Solicitation SAQMMA-16-R-0273 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-88. This is a small business set-aside competition under NAICS code 541519, small business size standard of $27.5M. The Department of State (DOS) intends to award an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for Financial, Travel and Systems Services Support. Period of Performance is base year with four (4) one-year options. Proposals are due in the format described in the solicitation to the Office of Acquisition Management, c/o Tracie Hardy, by 11:00a.m. Eastern Time on 28 July 2016. For hand-carrier or express mail, the address is: 1735 N Lynn Street; Arlington, VA 22209. For USPS delivery, the address is: P.O. Box 9115, Rosslyn Station; Arlington, VA 22209.
