- Clauses Delivery Schedule Listed Items and Images of what is being requested This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-16-CP-0025 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 333999 -- Size Standard 500 employees. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the items listed on the attached schedule of Supplies/Services. The Offeror shall include a delivery schedule for all items and locations with the quote. The Offeror shall provide samples of each item with the quote. Items shall be quoted on an all or none basis. Partial quotes will not be accepted. All Shipping costs shall be included with the quote. Delivery shall be in accordance with the attached list of addresses and the quantity of items to each item. Delivery of all items shall be no later than September 16, 2016. Complete shipments to each location only. Partial shipments are not accepted. FOB Destination. The attached Provisions and Clauses are applicable to this requirement. The Government anticipates award of a single, firm fixed price Purchase Order. All quotes will be evaluated. Awards will be made based on the best overall value to the Government. The deadline for questions is July 19, 2016 at 12:00 pm EST. All Questions shall be electronically submitted to Morgan.R.Hairston@usdoj.gov. All questions and answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. The deadline for quotes is July 22, 2016 at 12:00 pm EST. All quotes, packaged with sample items, shall be mailed to Drug Enforcement Administration, Attn: Tammy Simpson, 8701 Morrissette Drive, Springfield, VA 22152.
