- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Stewart, issues an Invitation for Bid (IFB), to award a single firm fixed price requirements contract for repair of Chapel, building 145 at Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The contractor will be required to repair damaged wood due to termite and water damage. The contractor will be required to furnish all plant, labor, materials, and performing all operations required to repair the building 0145, chapel at HAAF in accordance with the statement of work, specifications, and drawings. Competition for this solicitation is limited to HUBZone small businesses. The NAICS code for this requirement is 236220 and the size standard is $36.5 million. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring FedBizOpps for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. In order to be eligible for award all bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Registration can be accomplished at www.sam.gov.
