- The following contract was awarded under RFP SPE600-12-R-0827: American States Utility Services (ASUS) was awarded contract number SP0600-16-C-8311. The contractor shall assume ownership, operation and maintenance of the Water and Wastewater Utility Systems at Eglin AFB, Florida. ASUS shall furnish all necessary labor, management, supervision, permits, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation and any other incidental services for the complete ownership, operation, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and improvements to the utility systems. ASUS ' contract is a Firm Fixed Price with an Economic Price Adjustment for a 50-year contract period.
