- See attached combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Music and Sound Effects Blanket production music and sound effects license for use DMA-wide in all aspects of television and radio production, internet, DVD and social media. Usage license must cover all media areas described (TV, radio, internet, DVD, social media) and must be available for use in perpetuity. There should be unlimited downloads, approximately 60 accounts with full access to all libraries and expandable if necessary. Libraries should have a searchable database emphasizing areas such as genre, keyword description, themes, and tempo. Music and sound effects libraries must be of the highest quality, and substantial in size with a large number of new cuts each month and unlimited access to at least 80,000 music tracks and 10,000 sound effects tracks.
