- TITLE: Renovate the Comfort Stations at the French Quarter Visitor Center PMIS: 177247 LOCATION: Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve, 419 Decatur Street, New Orleans, LA. 70130 REQUIREMENT: Firm-fixed Price Contract to renovate the public comfort stations (men ¿s and women ¿s). SET-ASIDE: HUBZone Small Business. NAICS: 236220 Size Std: $36.5 PROJECT SCOPE: The public work project consists of, but not limited to, historic preservation masonry work and wall repairs, replace restroom partitions, vanities, sinks, toilets, light bars, hand dryers, water fountains, mirrors, etc.; and clean and repaint all bathroom entrance floors, walls and ceiling surfaces. Work shall be performed by certified plumber, licensed electrician, skilled journeyman mason, and skilled painter, as applicable. ACCESS: The contractor will have full access to comfort station during the construction phase. WORK HOURS: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. only. No work shall be performed during observed Federal Holidays. MAGNITUDE: Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Period of Performance is 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Refer to the attached Statement of Work for more details.
