- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IN ADDITION, WILL SERVE AS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTIFICATION. The Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO) (Provisional), Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5074 intends to award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) with Firm Fixed Price Task Orders, on a sole source basis to: Catalyst Professional Services Inc. 1490 Garden of the Gods Rd Colorado Springs Co 80907 The Government intends to award a sole source interim contract to Catalyst Professional Services Inc. for Medical Surge Physician Services for the Regional Health Command-Atlantic (Provisional), at site locations for Fort Belvoir, VA, Fort Eustis, VA and Fort Lee, VA. This is a personal services requirement to provide health care providers and health care assistants for medical readiness surge processing and screening services, to include, but not limited to, support with Behavioral Health (BH) patients, mild Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) patients, the integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES), and back-fill government health care providers deployed in Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) for Medical Surge Services for the Northern Regional Medical Command (NRMC) at various Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) throughout the region. Health care providers assist the NRMC and the MTFs under its command in the performance of a variety of health care services, which include, but are not limited to: Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP), Pre-Deployment Health Assessment (PDHA), and Post-Deployment Health Re Assessment (PDHRA). The anticipated contract will be for a 4 month period, from 01 August 2016 through 30 November 2016. The primary NAICS Code for this requirement is 621111, Offices of Physicians, with a size standard of $11 million. All responsible sources that are able to provide the services required for the follow-on requirement, anticipated period of performance 01 August 2016 through 30 November 2016. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all responses received within three (3) days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government; not to compete this contract requirement, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
