- This is an amendment to a previously issued combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. PRICE SCHEDULE CHANGE #1. Price Schedule originally issued as part of Attachment no. 1, Combined Synopsis-Solicitation, is now changed. Some of the line item descriptions changed, and quantities of material changed in the price schedule. These changes are reflected in the revised version incorporated into this solicitation as Attachment no. 4, as part of Amendment 0002. This new Attachment no. 4 shall replace original Attachment no. 1. SCOPE OF WORK CHANGE #2 (first change is included in Amendment 0001). The originally posted Scope of Work as Attachment no. 2, stated that there will be two delivery locations, the "Elwha Pit" and "Sanders Creek Site." That is not correct. There is only one delivery site where vendor will make all deliveries, the Elwha Pit. All scope of work changes are reflected in the revised version incorporated into this solicitation as Attachment no. 5, as part of Amendment 0002. This new Attachment no. 5 shall replace original Attachment no. 2. Project start and end date are not changed. Project starts July 25th and ends August 15th, as originally scoped. QUOTES ARE DUE AT 3PM PACIFIC TIME (PT) ON THURSDAY, JULY 14, 2016 QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION. Due to the response date being within just a few days, questions may be asked via phone or email. If by phone, call either office number 360-565-3009 or cell number 360-461-1827. If by email, send question to Phaedra_Fuller@nps.gov, and reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the email, as "P16PS01990/QUESTION." The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
