- W81K02-16-T-0151 - Software License The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific (RHCO-P) at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii intends to award a firm-fixed price, non-personal service contract for Vista software license, 24/7 technical support, and software upgrades implementation to support the Blood Bank, Department of Pathology at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Vista software license works in tandem with government owned Trima Accel Automated Blood Collection System. This requirement is for an estimated period of performance from 1 August 2016 through 31 July 2017 (Base and four (4) one-year option period). The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source set-aside to Terumo BCT. Terumo BCT is the manufacturer of the Vista software license. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
