- Atch: DRAFT Performance Work Statement Market Survey for Freight Forwarding Services for JFRC 5-ton Containers in Japan THIS MARKET SURVEY IS BEING ISSUED AS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. The due date for responding to the market survey is 16 Aug 2016 Japan Time. The Contractor shall perform freight forwarding services for JFRC 5-ton containers and related services as set forth in the Pricing Schedule, in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of this contract and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws, JFRC regulations and trade practices. The anticipated performance start date is 1 Apr 2017. (Subject to change) NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFERORS MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE BUSINESS IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
