- The Department Of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract award on a noncompetitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) "Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" to Interface Multimedia, 8505 Fenton Street #212 Silver Spring, MD, 20910-4499. The product is maintenance and support for existing perpetual licenses owned by DoDEA. PSC is 7030, NAICS Code is 511210, and Size standard is $38.5 Million. The sole source determination is based upon Interface Multimedia. being the only source able to complete to provide maintenance and support for their software. This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
