- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice that the USAID Regional Contracting Office Kosovo (RCO) anticipates issuance of Request for Proposal (RFP) for support of Strengthening Judicial System activity in Serbia. USAID/Kosovo/RCO intends to release the RFP on or around July 20, 2016 which will result in one Cost plus Award Fee contract. The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $8,000,000.00 and $14,000,000.00. The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) (www.fedbizopps.gov) website. Disclaimer: This pre-solicitation notice is for information only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award contracts. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept, proposals as a result of this synopsis. If a competitive solicitation is issued in the future, it will be announced via FBO, and interested parties must comply with that announcement. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice. This is not a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation, and this information is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract.
