This procurement is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management www.sam.gov ; and the Vendor Information Page. www.vip.vetbiz.gov DRUG NAMEQTY NDC ONE TOUCH ULTRA (GLUCOSE) TEST STRIP 62453855-0245-10 The Product Code is 6515, Drugs and Biologicals; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325413. All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ, and Quote spreadsheet via email (preferred) to: Karen.Griffin4@va.gov. The phone number is (913) 684-0143. Solicitation package VA770-16-Q-0422 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about July 9, 2016, and will close on July 11, 2016 (2:00 PM CST). No solicitation packages will be mailed.
