National Stock Number (NSN) 1560-016480940; approved sources: THE BOEING COMPANY DBA BOEING 81205 P/N 2-7404-3 -LG INFINITY FABRICATION INC. 06DM5 P/N 2-7404-3 - SB H R PARTS CO., INC. 32821 P/N 2-7404-3 - SB MALONES CNC MACHINING, INC. DBA 2V045 P/N 2-7404-3 - SB This item has an AMC/AMSC of 1 C, requiring engineering source approval by the design control activity. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. Any manufacturer other than those listed above wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sbo/Source%20Approval%20Requests.docx. This procurement is SOLE SOURCE HUBZONE SET-ASIDE, utilizing Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. This is Critical Application Item, subject to Export and Configuration Controls. The following terms apply, FOB: Destination, Inspection / Acceptance: Origin. Delivery for this procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Production delivery is 208 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR), apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written proposal. See page 2 of the solicitation for methods of proposal submittal. The solicitation issue date is 25 July 2016 with a closing date of 24 August 2016.
