- DESIGNATED SALE OF GOVERNMENT TIMBER. Sealed bids will be received for purchase and removal of all designated timber on approximately 181 acres located on Naval Air Station (NAS) Meridian, Naval Outlying Field (NOLF) Joe Williams, in Kemper County, Mississippi, until 2:30 p.m.(Central Time) on Thursday, August 4, 2016. This is a Unit Sale (tons) with estimated volumes: Pine Pulpwood 1020; Pine Chip-N-Saw 302; Pine Sawtimber 5932; Hardwood Pulpwood 5438; Red Oak Sawtimber 202; White Oak Sawtimber 296; Miscellaneous Hardwood Sawtimber 127. Invitation to Bid N69450-16-RP-00133 under the authority of 10 USC 2665. A Bid Deposit of 20% of the total amount of bid is required.
