- Survey Scope of Work C3 Invitation This C-3 project is to connect the reused buildings 66, 76, 79 and 80 to the connection point at Bldg. 81. Building 81 is supplied with district heat by the central heating station located in Bldg. 208, Sembach Kaserne. A site visit by all interested vendors is strongly recommended for this C3 (Customer, Contracting, Commerce) Partnering Solicitation. In conjunction with the site visit, a technical proposal shall be submitted by the attending firms for review. The review will determine whether the technical proposal is: acceptable, reasonably susceptible of being made acceptable; or unacceptable. The site visit will be held on Tuesday, 12 July 2016, 1030 hours. We will meet at Building 83, Sembach Kaserne, Germany. The invitation to the site visit, as well as the scope of work are posted under subject solicitation number.
