- NSN 2840-01-113-0234; UNRESTRICTED; CARRIER PLANETARY; The requirement is for 5 each. Army Critical Safety item, Export Control, Critical Application, Configuration Control and Contractor First Article Applies. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin; FOB Destination; Requested Delivery 398 DARO; Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item; please do not submit requests. The approved source for this item is NORTHSTAR AEROSPACE (HELIGEAR) (22907) and BOEING (77272). Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. PPIRS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
