- Redacted J&A THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The USDA/ARS intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, to: Ameritac, Inc. P.O. Box 279 Danville, CA 94526 Description of Requirement: The objective of this sole source award is to procure facilities operations and maintenance support services to the National Center for Agricultrual Utilization Research (NCAUR) in Peoria, IL. Services to be performed include, but are not limited to, work management, preventive maintenance, building maintenance, shop services, alteration and repair, HVAC services, refrigeration, electrical, housekeeping, and administrative services. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561210; the small business size standard is $38.5 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
