- Clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to issue solicitation a single award RFQP04181600028 for the provision Weekly Dairy Order to be performed at the Federal Correctional Complex, Terre Haute, Indiana. The contract will consist of a base plus one options year periods. The contract requirement will be for Milk Pasteurized, Non Fat Skim ½ pint,1,500,000 each, Milk Pasteurized Chocolate, Non Fat Skim ½ pint, 30,000 each, Cottage Cheese, 5 lb. containers, 2,000 each, Egg Nog Pints, 3,000m each, Sour Cream, Reduce Fat, no flavor 5 lb. containers, 2,000 and Margarine, Reddies 5 gram (1080 count) 3,000. The contract type will be an indefinite delivery/requirement type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 311511 with a small business size of 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The solicitation will be available on or about June 16, 2016 and will be distributed solely through the website at www.fbo.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through the website. The anticipated deadline for receipt of quotations is August 18, 2016 12:00 P.M. Central.
