- The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for the construction of 24 each, 48" diameter x 30" deep fiberglass circular tanks. This requirement is being issued as a solicitation for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. The solicitation is issued as request for quotation (RQF) G16PS00612 and specifications are attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Regulations are included in the attached solicitation. This requirement is FOB Destination pricing to Yankton, SD 57078
