- LTC PROJECT FOR IQC 1000048256 for NSN: 1560-01-120-4138, NOMENCLATURE: Attenuator. This item is Full and open Competition AMC/AMSC: 1G. 
 The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. 100% Small Business Set Aside. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one, one-year base year and four, one-year option periods. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 455 each. The Guaranteed minimum quantity is 114 each for the base year period only. Item is a critical application item, but is not a Critical Safety Item. First Article Testing (Contractor) and Export Control applies, Higher Level Quality Assurance (Manufacturers) applies. Surge and Sustainment are NOT required. "This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA." PIPRS will be used as part of the evaluation process. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF).
