- This notice serves as a pre-solicitation. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 8 July 2016 for downloading at the Government's website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The site visit/pre-proposal conference date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. This procurement consists of, but not limited to the following: • Construct a Secure Vehicle Ready Commo Bay with two (2) garage bays to house a large pick-up truck and 14' trailer in each bay. Approximately 1,570 s.f. • There is a primary building onsite with its respective site infrastructure to include utilities, paving, electrical, landscaping, etc. This building will be occupied during the time the Vehicle Bay is being constructed. • Project magnitude is between $500K and $1M. • This action is being solicited as a total small business set aside. • The Government contemplates a Firm-Fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. • Bid Bonds will be required. • Estimated completion time is six (6) months after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The government contemplates a Firm-Fixed Price contract which will be solicited as a total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 with a size standard for Small Business of $33,500,000.00. Solicitation, amendments, and all other information related to this requirement will be posted at https://www.fbo.gov/. Potential bidders must be registered at www.fbo.gov in order to receive notifications and are responsible for monitoring the site for the release of the solicitation or any other pertinent information. Interested bidders MUST be registered in the System for Award Management Database and have an active CAGE code prior to award. To register in SAM go to https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Apply for a DUNs at https://iupdate.dnb.com PRIOR to registering in SAM.
