- INTENT TO AWARD - SOLE SOURCE The purpose of this notice of intent is to notify he commercial market of the Government's intent to make award to DOMO, Inc for software maintenance renewal of DOMO licenses. The Interal Revenue Service intends to award a purchase order to DOMO,Inc for the renewal of DOMO's license. This requirement will be made on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(C)(ii). Period of Performance for one year. NAICS code 511210. The notice of intent to award should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a formal RFQ or contact. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary. Response to the notice of intent to award will not serve as proposals, bids or offers which could be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. As such, the Government will not cover any costs for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this request. Please include the name of the point of contact, e-mail address and telephone number should the Government have questions regarding individual responses. Please note: A SOLICITATION DOES NOT EXIST.
