- Vendor response package should include the following: A. Current / Past performance on DoD or Non-DoD contracts of similar services. B. Vendor Capability Statement to include: Administration, Cyber security, Engineering and Program Support for Enterprise-Wide Cloud Computing Services. C. Ability to provide Operational and Maintenance Support for JSP Cloud Services. D. The number of FTEs that are needed to perform required deliverables NTE 5. E. Labor Categories proposed. Rates are optional as this is only a sources sought notice. F. Ability to On-board team members with a minimum of an active Secret clearance. Submissions should be in Times New Roman, at least 12 point, and contain sufficient contact information should the Government request further information from interested sources.
