- The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to: RNS Communications, Inc. DBA Motor Vehicle Network (MVN), 1 Selleck Street, 3rd floor, Norwalk, CT 06855 for marketing and advertising within the State of Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles offices Bridgeport, Danbury, Winsted, Old Say Brook, Norwich, Enfield, New Britain, Wethersfield, Willimantic, during part of 2016 - 2017 Calendar year. The campaign consists of advertising signs and opportunities in support of the Connecticut Army National Guard. The above referenced company owns the exclusive advertising rights to the above referenced locations. In absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under FAR 13.106(b)(1). Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. All qualified sources must respond not later than 10:00 am, July 22nd, 2016.
