- Performance Work Statement Contractor Submittal Form Additional Terms and Conditions Combo Synopsis/Solicitation The item being obtained for this acquisition is a hotel facility with a suitable meeting room and dining capability is needed for the period of 19-21 August 2016, for a military marriage resilience retreat. Location will be in the Aurora/Denver, Colorado area (no more than 2 hours from Peterson AFB) to encourage marriage enrichment through coupled communication. This is achieved through large group sessions, connecting with other couples, and intentional free time as a couple. Total number of attendees including staff is 60 (50 attendees, 2 staff members and 6 childcare providers)Additional information and performance requirements can be found in the attached Performance Work Statement.
