- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation (IASREQ-810851) is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This combined Synopsis/Solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-88. All responsible sources/authorized resellers may submit a proposal. For a quote to be considered responsible, it must contain, at a minimum: Product description, unit price, extended price, Vendor DUNS number, solicitation number 810851, payment terms, and authorized reseller documents. The United States Department of Agriculture, National Information Technology Center (NITC), plans to award to INTLAND SOFTWARE, 968 Inverness way, Sunnyvale CA 94087, the annual renewal of software maintenance and technical support of a suite of proprietary INTLAND Software floating user licenses used by the NITC. The annual maintenance is required for: CODEBEAMER ENTERPRISE EDITION SCSD 57 FLOATING USER LICENSES, Support and Maintenance. Quantity: 77 each. Period of Performance: 12 month period from date of award. The ENTERPISE site licenses are supported exclusively by INTLAND SOFTWARE and they are the sole provider of proprietary licenses, support, and maintenance of the software products. Copyrighted CodeBeamer products are only available from Intland Software and only Intland Software possesses the proprietary software code and the ability to provide new versions/releases of the software, software revisions, and software updates and corrections to the proprietary code. All responsible sources/authorized resellers must supply their INTLAND SOFTWARE Authorized Reseller contract number as part of their response and quotation to this notice. All respondents must be registered in SAM.GOV, and current firms must update once a year to maintain active status. Please visit the www.sam.gov website to register and update information. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation exists for this requirement. There will be one firm-fixed-price award issued for this requirement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please submit your response via e-mail to Jennifer.Adams@ocio.usda.gov no later than 5:00pm CST, July 13, 2016. A determination by the government will be made if a competitive procurement is warranted from an authorized reseller who is able to provide the licenses for the software maintenance and technical support as defined in this notice.
