- Description
- The Government intends to issue a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, for services with an ordering period not to exceed 60 months from the date of contract award that: provides the procurement and fielding of Common Battle Command Simulation Equipment (CBCSE) as well as related activities to include but not limited to integration, exercise support, gaming support, material purchases, maintenance, supply support, and post fielding support to PEO STRI and the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) program. The initial increment of Delivery Order 0001 will cover the contract minimum level of effort. Additional increments of funding and delivery orders may be issued at the discretion of the Government. This procurement is a Small Business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System code 541519 as services in support of mission requirements. The small business size standard associated with this classification is 150 employees. In accordance with FAR 19.811-3(e), the FAR Clause 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, will be included in the contract to be awarded. The solicitation for this procurement will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 2 August 2016.
