- The purpose of this amendment is to address questions from interested parties. 1. You are asking for a Grade 4 or D for a acetylene and oxygen for the Engraving Plate MFG facility. Can you be more specific? Is this a specialty gas or and industrial grade gas? Answer : Industrial Grade 2. Are these Cylinders Government owned or will the Government be renting the Cylinders? Answer: The Government will be renting the cylinders. 3. If the Cylinders are being rented do you want the rental to be included in the refill (exchange) pricing or do you want it stated separately? Answer : Included in the pricing. 4. Can you provide us with a breakdown of the requirements for each location separately (Washington DC and Fort Worth TX)? Answer: Attachment A provides a breakdown of the location. Item listed under DCF are for Washington, DC. Items listed under WCF are for Ft. Worth, TX. 5. Will you please provide us with the name of the incumbent for this requirement? Answer: There isn't an incumbent for this requirement. 6. I would like to inquire about the Nonmanufacturer Rule (NMR) for NAICS code 325120 classification code 68. Can you confirm the class waiver listing that is applicable for NAICS Code 325120, classification code 6830 for the above mentioned solicitation. I would like to confirm my findings on the list before pursuing with this bid. Answer: There is a NMR class waiver for this procurement, NAICS 325120 and PSC 6830. 7. Can we Identify the Current Contractor for each location (DC & FT WORTH)? Answer: This is a new requirement. There are no contractors supporting this effort. 8. Can we identify the current Contract Term? (DC & FORT WORTH)? Answer: SEE #7 9. Can we identify the current Contract value of that term? (DC & FORT WORTH)? Answer: SEE #7
