- The purpose of modification 0001 is to provide answers to industry questions and to extend the response due date. 1. Question: I am writing in reference to solicitation W91YTZ-16-T-0207 for Camp Atterbury Clinic in Edinburgh, IN. I don't see any indication if the test list in Attachment 1 is a monthly or annual total. In addition, there is a test listed as "CSC" with a utilization volume of 40. What is "CSC"? Was this meant to be CBC for Complete Blood Count? Response: The amounts listed on attachment 001 of the solicitation are annual totals and the correct name is CBC (Complete Blood Count). 2. The due date to submit a quote has been change from 11 July 2016 to 15 July 2016.
