- Licensing Agreement CLIN s RFP LTR The proposed is for Ando Media LLC for online radio. Additionally, the Government intents to solicit and negotiate with one source, Ando Media LLC under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The NAICS for this acquisition is519130. This requirement is a Sole Source for a Base year and four options years to Ando Media, LLC. Requests for the solicitation must be in writing, and indicate the business size of the requestor. All written request should be directed to the address noted with in the notice or sent by FAX to 951-413-2432. Telephonics request will not be honored.
