- NSN 6150-00-789-9159,Cable Assembly, Spec. Destination inspection required. FOB Origin. Requested delivery is 96 days ARO or better. Item is non-commercial and is a stock item. This is a total small business set-aside. : Offers will be considered from FPI/UNICOR in accordance with FAR 8.602(a)(4) and FAR 19.504. (See clause 52.219-6 ALT II). This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) based on the estimate annual demand of 199 EA, firm fixed price for a base year and four one year option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is July 21,2016 under solicitation SPE4A6-16-R-0766. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage select "Requests for Proposals (RFP)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
