- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a sole-source solicitation to Hawaii Resource Group (HRG), 123 Ahui Street, Honolulu, HI 96813-5509, for the procurement of one used steel hull 145' Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV). The subject vessel is currently under bareboat charter contract N00033-14-C-2002. This sole-source solicitation will be limited to HRG and the resultant contract will be awarded without full and open competition pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This pre-solicitation notice is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov. The pre-solicitation notice is for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award contracts. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept, proposals as a result of this synopsis. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice. This is not a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation and this information is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract.
