- Description
- NAVAIR intends to solicit and award a contract modification for additional Type III High Subsonic A/C Flight Minutes for Close Air Support Dry (SimCAS). This effort will require a total of 192,000 Flight Minutes over the next four years (48,000 flight minutes per year). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
