- This is the annual synopsis of the Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul, Testing and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N61331-12-G-0001. This serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis notice for all orders issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), DCMA Raytheon Tewksbury and Naval Sea Systems Command (HQ) for the period of 6 July 2016 through 5 July 2017 for engineering services, depot level maintenance, repair, overhaul, testing and ILS of the AN/AQS-20A Sonar.
