- Request for Quote (RFQ P16PS01919) Replace Flooring in Housing Units The National Park Service, North Cascades National Park (NOCA) has a requirement to Replace Flooring in Park Housing at the park's complex located in Stehekin, WA. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-88-1; RFQ is set aside for small businesses, 238330 Flooring Contractors, with a small business size standard of $15 million average annual gross receipts for the past three years. Any resulting contract will be subject to the Wage Rates for Construction, formerly known as Davis-Bacon Act, General Decision Number: WA160113 with latest posting at www.wdol.gov on 6/03/2016. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this project is expected to be well less than $25,000. The Government intends to make a Firm Fixed Price, Simplified Acquisition (FAR Part 13), Best Value Award to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. 1. Background: The work to be performed consists of providing and installing flooring (carpeting and vinyl flooring) in two park houses located at site. All work will be performed under a single firm fixed price contract per the attached Solicitation documents and Statement of Work. Please view information in the attached documents: 1 (Sol_P16PS01919.pdf); 2 (P16PS01919 Attach 01-SOW-NOCA Stehekin Flooring); and 3 (P16PS01919 Attach 02-General Decision Number WA160113) for details and if interested provide quote as indicated. Answers will be provided in writing to the requester, if the answer is already within the solicitation (RFQ) or provided in amendment(s) to the RFQ, any amendments will be posted to Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.FBO.gov. Prospective quoters will be required to visit this website periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents; no other notifications will be sent. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
