- Solicitation Amendment 0001 Solicitation Attachment 0007 Completed 1348 Solicitation Attachment 0006 Adequate Proposal Checklist Solicitation Attachment 0005 ROD Guidance Solicitation Attachment 0004 M&O Plan Guidance Solicitation Attachment 0003 Document Summary List Solicitation Attachment 0002 M&O Pkg Req Solicitation Attachment 0001 CDRL A005 Solicitation Attachment 0001 CDRL A004 Solicitation Attachment 0001 CDRL A003 Solicitation Attachment 0001 CDRL A002 Solicitation Attachment 0001 CDRL A001 Solicitation W58RGZ-15-R-0376 The contractor shall furnish all labor, facilities, mandatory parts, non-mandatory parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the overhaul of the following asset: NOMENCLATURE: Processor, Signal Data (DCU) INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 5895-01-545-0767 INPUT/OUTPUT PART NUMBER: 5443000-001 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 40 each; Maximum 500 each (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 100 each) The proposed contractual action will be a single award, five (5) year, Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a Foreign Military Sales quantity of 100. It has been determined the Government's needs cannot be met in the commercial marketplace; therefore, Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 will not be used. This is not a Critical Safety Item. Technical data is not available to support a full and open competitive solicitation. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with contractor overhaul specifications and drawings. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. This procurement is restricted to the following approved source: SCI Technology, Inc. (CAGE Code 26J22). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Requests (SAR) in order to complete for this or future solicitations by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures. These procedures are outlined at the following website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home. Award of this requirement will not be withheld pending SARs. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Requests for solicitation will be accepted by mail or email. You may mail your request to Army Contracting Command - Redstone, Sparkman Center, Building 5303, 2nd Floor, ATTN: CCAM-ALM (Caroline Ethridge), Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000, or send email requests to caroline.e.ethridge.civ@mail.mil. Proposals may be hand-carried (reference solicitation for details, mailed via the US Postal Service, or delivered by a commercial delivery service. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The response date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date the solicitation is released; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
