- The only change is in the first paragraph: "Bids are due no later than 0900AM (CST) on 10 August 2016". No other changes in the solicitation, specs or drawings. SOLICITATION NOTICE THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE AS FULL AND OPEN. NO SET ASIDE WILL BE USED FOR THIS INVITATION FOR BID (IFB). B ids are due no later than 0900AM (CST) on 10 August 2016. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-88. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the small business size standard is $36,500,000.00. This solicitation is full and open. This requirement is a Non-appropriated Fund project. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price construction contract with a Period of Performance of 270 calendar days. This project consists of the construction of a new Bathhouse facility at the Base Lake located at Offutt AFB. The Bathhouse is approximately 1700sf. The Bathhouse Facility will include separate men's and women's restrooms, showers and a laundry room. The project also includes converting 9 existing back-in camper pads, located to the north of the proposed bathhouse site, to have pull-through access. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the contract specifications and drawing sheets which shall be made available on the Internet at the Electronic Posting System (EPS) website, which is at the following address: https://www.fbo.gov. Project magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Notice to Offeror(s)/Suppliers(s): Funds are presently available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. All contractors shall be System for Award Management (SAM.GOV) registered at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Contractors must be registered in the SAM.GOV database before a contract can be awarded to your company. NO PARTIAL BIDS WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE.
