- Multiple award Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for construction services of Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22 bid-build projects for maintenance, repair, and construction services within the VA VISN 22 healthcare system. Projects will typically have the Contractor completely prepare site for building operation, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for projects, as required by any specifications and drawings that are issued as task orders under this contract. This IDIQ will consist of multiple multi-discipline contracts with a base period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year option periods. The total contract period, including options, shall not exceed five (5) years. The total estimated overall value of all contracts is not to exceed $400,000,000 over five (5) years. The minimum and maximum values for a single task order are $2,000 and $5 million respectively. Place of performance is within VA's VISN 22 service area. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. The specifications and drawings for a sample project will be uploaded as part of the solicitation on/about 7/26/2016. A date and time for a site visit will be stated in the solicitation. The estimated construction cost for the sample project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Award will be made utilizing the tradeoff source selection process in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15. Proposal submission instructions will be included in the solicitation package. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The offeror is responsible for monitoring and downloading any amendments from the Federal Business Opportunities (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) website that may be issued to this solicitation. All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (http://www.sam.gov) and VetBiz (http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov) under the applicable NAICS code, as well as VETS 4212 (http://www.dol.gov/vets/vets4212.html). No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided and requests or questions by telephone will NOT be accepted.
