- RFI_Statement of Work This is a Request for Information (RFI). The Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), has a requirement for Records Management COTS Software designed to run entirely on Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013. This requirement is not specific to any particular manufacturer. A sample Statement of Work it attached for additional information. Please indicate whether you are: 1. A software manufacturer; 2. An authorized reseller of the software manufacturer; 3. A GSA Schedule holder for this particular software. Please submit all questions no later than 10:00 AM EST, July 15, 2016 to: Carla.Davis@hq.dhs.gov Matthew.Robertson@hq.dhs.gov All responses to this RFI must be provided no later than 10:00 AM EST, July 22, 2016 to: Carla.Davis@hq.dhs.gov Matthew.Robertson@hq.dhs.gov This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. This RFI is intended only to identify sources that can provide Records Management COTS Software designed to run entirely on Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013. This RFI shall not be considered as an obligation by the Government to acquire any products or services. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI. There is no entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government as a result of a Contractor submission of responses to this RFI or the Government's use of such information. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any Contractor's input submitted in response to this RFI. Responses to this RFI will not be returned. The Government recognizes that proprietary information and data may be part of this effort and, if so included, such data should be clearly marked.
