- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is P16PS01951 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333911 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees.This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2016-07-14 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be Denali Park, AK 99755 The DOI NPS Alaska Region - National Park Service requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Trailer mounted gas powered sewer and drain jetter per the following nominal specifications: - 12 gallons per minute at 4000 PSI - 999cc Kohler V Twin Air Cooled Engine - Belt drive triplex plunger pump with ceramic plungers and stainless valves - 400' x 1/2" hose on a DC powered reel with foot control - 300 Gallon Water Tank with Low Water Shut Off - Electric start engine with low oil shutdown - Pressure gauge - 80 mesh inlet water strainer - Pumps handle fluids up to 160? - Trailer with industrial finish - 150' garden hose on manual reel - Water tank with float switch to shut down machine when tank is empty - Lockable tool and storage boxes - Hour meter - Tool box with gloves, face shield, 4 nozzle kit, nozzle cleaner and safety vest - Protective rock guard in front of pump/engine - 2" Hydrant Fill - Safety Strobe Light and Tiger Tail - Maximum Pump Inlet Water Temperature : 160 Degrees F - Engine Fuel Tank Capacity : 5 GALLON - Jetter Hose Reel Type : DC POWERED Specifications are based on a Cam Spray STB3015K. Per FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal, other equipment will be considered. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Denali National Park, MP 237 Parks Highway, Denali Park, AK 99755., 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions must be submitted by using the 'Submit a Question' feature at www.fedbid.com. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, DOI NPS Alaska Region - National Park Service intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. DOI NPS Alaska Region - National Park Service is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com.
