Description

Attachment Two - Checklist for Safety Plan in accordance with the Navy Safety and Occupational Health Program Manual Attachment One - CDRL Combined Solicitation Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona intends to use other than full and open competition to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) to General Dynamics SATCOM. Accordingly, the procurement will be conducted IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1; services required by the agency are available from only one known responsible source. GDSATCOM will provide One (1) 7.3M CASSEGRAIN KU-BAND SATELLITE AND INSTALLATION for Naval Warfare Center Corona Division. This is not a request for competitive procurement. Any inquiries into this notice shall be by email to the contract specialist: walter.knapp@navy.mil. The applicable NAICS: 334220, business size is 750 employees. This procurement is issued as unrestricted. No telephone requests.
