Quoters will also find attached three Response Forms (choose your favored filetype - all have identical contents). **THERE IS A SITE VISIT SCHEDULED FOR JULY 12 at 0900. PLEASE SEE SOLICITATION FOR DETAILS.** PRESOLICITATION NOTICE--------------------------------------------------------------- A solicitation will be posted on or before July 6 for performance of site preparation by the use of mechanical equipment (hand cutting where necessary) to thin and reduce competing vegetation and to prepare areas for planting trees for forest health and timber stand improvement, and for the construction of a fireline, in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. Vegetation to be treated will require cutting, chipping, shredding and/or hand piling. Services are desired to be completed October 1, 2016 but extension through September 1, 2017 if reasonable delays warrant. This project is set aside 100% for small business. Any and all announcements, updates, Q&A documents, amendments and/or award notice will be posted under this notice to FBO.gov and not to any other website.
