NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR (THIS IS AN URGENT AND COMPELLING REQUIREMENT IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) (i)) Date Material Required: 11 July 2016 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, using Simplified Acquisitions Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N00259-16-T-0167.
