- W912PM-16-B-0016 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract to Renovate Building E-4025 at Fort Bragg, Cumberland County, NC. The work will consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications, schedules, drawings, and other contract documents. The scope of work of this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following specific items of work: All the work associated with the renovation of Building E-4025, includes but is not limited to the reconfiguration of the interior spaces, the replacement of the interior finishes, the measures required in making the latrines ADA/ABA compliant. The structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical aspects of the renovation include the work associated with those systems and components affected by the renovation. The building is not protected by fire protection sprinkler system and this project will provide for a new system. A new electronic security system with new head-end equipment, card access, CCTV cameras and intrusion detection will also be provided. All work complete to the 5 foot-building line. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about July 15, 2016. The bid opening date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored. This solicitation is a 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $36,500,000.00. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive an award from any Government solicitation. After completing SAM, in order to download documents contractors and their subcontractors must register at www.fbo.gov.
