Description

VA North Texas Health Care System (VANTHCS) contracting office anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price supply contract a ScriptCenter MX5 prescription drop of and pickup kiosk. The project is located at the Dallas VA, 4500 South Lancaster Road, Dallas TX 75216. The contractor is responsible for, but not limited to; furnish all labor, tools and materials, equipment and supervision and software implementation and training with the current pharmacy prescription system. All project work will be performed on site at the VA Medical Center located in Dallas Texas, 75216. Complete project work includes: 1ea ScriptCenter MX-5 Shelf 1ea ScriptCenter MX Installation & initial training 1ea ScriptLocker 9-Door 1ea ScriptLocker Installation 1ea Narrow delivery bags 1ea Wide delivery bags 1ea Clam shells 1ea Locker labels 1ea Receipt paper 1ea Licensed Software Fee 1ea Service Fee (ScriptCenter) 1ea Service Fee (ScriptLocker) The method of procurement shall be an Request For Quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. Issue date will be on or about July 1, 2016. Bid due date will be on July, 6 2016. This procurement is a 100% Set Aside for Small Business, under Public Law 109-461 (38 USC 8127). The NAICS code is 334118, with business size standard at $33.5 Mil. Probable Cost Range: $25,000 - $150,000
