- The United States Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service, intends to make an award for the following piece of equipment. This requirement is reserved exclusively for small businesses referencing the following (NAICS) North American Industrial Classification Code: NAICS Code: 333111 for the following required instrument: Chisel Plow, with a ( Small Business Size Standard maximum) of one-thousand and two-hundred and fifty employees. Thiis is a combined synopsis/solicitations for commercial items are prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All quotes be will be evaluated to be (Lowest Price and Technically Acceptable) (LPTA).
