Personal Transponder for High Altitude Parachutist RFI Enclosure (1) Assertion of Commerciality High Altitude High Opening (HAHO) and High Altitude Low Opening (HALO) parachutist are often exposed to commercial air traffic routes and need to have the ability to be seen and detected by commercial transponders and receivers while performing training operations. Drop Zone Safety Officers need to have the ability to track jumpers during flight to the drop zone from altitudes of 25,000' Mean Se Level (MSL) - ground level
