- Mount Rushmore NM Windows, Doors, Etc. The scope of work includes the replacement of Mount Rushmore National Monument administration building windows and installation of new blinds. Hazardous Materials Testing of suspect building materials has identified Asbestos in the caulking and glazing around the windows between 1% and 4%. Alternative bid items will be included to replace exterior doors, replace cracked concrete at main entry, and deck work. The scope of work will include all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to perform the scope of work. This project is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. NAICS Code: 236220 (size standard $36.5M), PSC: Z2AA. Davis-Bacon Wage Rates for Pennington County shall apply. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The National Park Service, Midwest Region (MWR), NEKOTA Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO), intends to award a firm-fixed price, construction contract in response to this solicitation. Offerors must have a DUNS number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications in SAM, in order to be eligible for award.
