- ** THIS SOLICITATION WAS ORIGINALLY POSTED UNDER HSTS17-16-L-RELE02..THAT SOLICITATION IS CANCELLED ** The Transportation Security Administration Office has a requirement for a fixed price construction contract for the installation of a 6" @ 3500 PSI air entrained concrete slab, installation of a Government furnished storage magazine, installation of a canopy for shelter, solar lighting, and a non-static, fixed work table for TSA's requirement for storage and training. Work will be performed at the Baltimore, MD Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). Contractor will be responsible for all removal and disposal of debris I/A/W/ local, state and federal regulations. The total estimated value for this project is between $75,000.00 - $150,000.00. Construction shall commence 5 calendar days from the Notice to proceed with completion not to exceed 90 days thereafter. A MANDATORY site visit will be held on July 7, 2016 01:00 PM, EST. All interested parties must register attendees and receive the location of the designated meeting place by contacting Kelly.Hutchins1@tsa.gov AND Charlotte.Carney1@tsa.dhs.gov. Transportation will be provided by TSA to the construction site. (NOTE: Attendance is currently limited to no more than TWO individuals per company. All attendees must have a photo identification on their person the day of the site visit.) The Government POC for this solicitation is Kelly Hutchins, Kelly.Hutchins1@tsa.dhs.gov (609) 813-3345. All expressions of interest and correspondence regarding this requirement shall be in writing to Ms. Hutchins, with copy to Charlotte Carney, Charlotte.Carney1@tsa.dhs.gov (609) 813-3327. The solicitation documents will not be posted onto www.fbo.gov. All interested parties must submit a written request to Ms. Hutchins and Ms. Carney to receive the solicitation package and to register for the site visit. It is the responsibility of the interested party to ensure written correspondence is received by the Government.
